1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the betk website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, registering an account, placing wagers, or engaging with any betk services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3. Account Registration and Security

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betk Platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

2. Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing purposes
3. Underage Gambling: Creating accounts or gambling while under the legal age of 21 years
4. Multi-Accounting: Operating multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, bonus restrictions, or self-exclusion measures
5. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage or manipulate outcomes

8. Account Suspension and Closure

10. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not:

• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
